Frying Pan Tower Trip

If you are looking for a one of a kind fishing/offshore adventure, this is the trip for you! Join us on a two day, one night adventure on board one of our 33' world cat catamarans. This trip includes two days of fishing and a one night stay on the famous Frying Pan Tower. The Frying Pan Tower is a decommissioned coast guard light tower that was built in the early 1960's. It is located 32 miles offshore and provides us a home base that cuts our travel time to the fishing grounds in half every day. Over the last ten years the frying pan tower organization has done a phenomenal job of restoring and protecting the tower. It has all the creature comforts of home including wifi, tv, heat and a/c. The base line overnight tower trip includes 1 full day offshore of Gulfstream Trolling, 1 night stay on the tower and another full day of Gulfstream Bottom Fishing. The cost on this trip is $6500.

Obviously nothing always goes exactly to plan on the ocean, but we certainly try our best to keep everything on track. A perfect trip would start out at the Ocean Isle Fishing Center at 6:00 am, we would load the boat with all the stuff that you guys bring. From there we will head offshore and spend the first day bottom fishing for grouper, snapper, triggerfish and other bottom dwellers. Around 4:00 in the afternoon we will drop everyone and everything off at the Frying Pan Tower. The second day of your trip we will pick you up around 6:00-7:00am before heading offshore for a day full of gulfstream trolling. We will be targeting Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi and Wahoo. If the trolling bite is slow we can always go bottom fishing again as a back-up.  This trip is a truly amazing experience and something that you cannot experience anywhere else in the world. 

sUSTENANCE: 

Enjoy the “catch of the day” or other planned menu items in THE stainless-steel galley kitchen with group preparation for family-style dining. wE NORMALLY RECOMMEND BRINGING SIDE ITEMS TO ACCOMPANY THE FRESH FISH WE CATCH ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE TRIP. IF FISH ISN'T YOUR THING, YOU ARE CERTAINLY WELCOME TO BRING ANY OTHER FOOD ITEMS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO COOK.

ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL 1964 BRUNSWICK POOL TABLE, DARTS AND A VARIETY OF OTHER INDOOR GAMES. 

CONNECTIVITY:
