Starting to feel like Fall

We finally are getting a little bit of cool air outside and it seems like the fish are enjoying it as much as I am. The cool air has brought phenomenal weather and phenomenal fishing. With a light breeze out of the North East it makes for a slick calm ocean and makes fishing on the beach super comfortable. We've been fishing in the 15-30 foot range close to the beach catching tons of spanish mackerel that make great table fare. There are also plenty of big sharks around nearshore that we have been getting into on our 4 hour fishing trips as well. The Offshore action has been heating up as well, we're starting to see some king mackerel show up on our 6 hour trips. It should only get better as the water continues to cool down. Our flounder season opens up on September 1st so we look forward to finally being able to keep a few of those guys on our 4 hour inshore and nearshore trips. Give us a call to get out on the water and get in on some fun! 910 232 7604 - Capt. Austin
